They got some new EYE-OPENING programming in (GOATA-Greatest of all time athletes) that focuses on natural body movement which helps reduce injury and the pain normally associated with more “traditional” workouts that has lead me to a higher performance level. I’m prone to back injuries when doing barbell workouts so this is ideal for me.
